True toothless grin!
Last week!
This week!
I should be in bed but this is catch up time. Morgan has been losing teeth right and left and, as a result, the toothfairy is broke. She came home from her baseball game yesterday with another tooth missing. It was a bit loose before she left but apparently her friend, Brooklin, decided to hurry it along. Morgan was taking a drink from a water bottle and Brooklin reached over to give it a good punch so by the time she got home it was hanging from a thread. She messed around with it for quite awhile and then finally ended up letting Brooklin pull it out. YUCK!! Oh well, kids will be kids.
Darn cute couple!
We are so lucky to have DJ's nephew, Jared, and his adorable wife, Richelle, living so close to us! Our kids absolutely adore them, in fact, when their car rounds the corner the kids are all jumping up and down with excitement. Wednesday night they came out and slaved away hanging picture frames in the babies bedroom while I tended to extremely fussy babies. If not for these guys, the babies bedroom would be forever undecorated! It's turning out so adorable, I can hardly wait for the finished product. Anyway, Jared should've been studying but instead he was working along side Richelle. Am I lucky or what?? Thanks guys!! And, as if that wasn't enough, tonight they called to ask if they could kidnap Regan and take her to the movies. I'm sure you can invision how excited Regan was! She got to see, Night at the Museum II, and then went out for ice cream at a cute little diner. She was queen for the night and I can't thank Jared and Richelle enough. Regan just needs more attention right now....I think being the oldest child and having tons of responsiblity is wearing on her. So, this little get-away is just what the doctor ordered! N
Jump rope is the favorite thing to do around our house these days so Jared and Richelle played along and let the kids show off their stuff. I LOVE these pictures! My favorite is Jared smooching Richelle. If there ever were two people in love, these two would be it! They are so cute with each other, it's just darn fun to be around them! I get the biggest kick out of Richelle and spend most of the time laughing when I'm with her.

I think I feel like dancin'
And believe me, if I knew how to dance..I'd be doing it. I somehow managed to have 5 out of my 6 kids down for naps at the same time! Now is that worth celebrating, or what??? Yippee...now what do I do?
Porter & Kamryn-more B-Day fun
Man, I'm so behind on everything these days. I really set myself up good setting my sights on the babies turning 1 and thinking that magically they would be easier. Nope, not true one little bit!! In fact, I feel busier now than ever before. Yes, they are cute, cute, cute, but it's the cute that keeps them alive each day! Amongst all the things they get in to, they manage to make me giggle with the cute things they do. For instance, they love this little dump truck ride-on toy that used to be Kaleb's. The last few days they've been pushing each other around on it all around the kitchen non-stop. It seriously cracks me up to see the two of them playing together in this way because they totally know what they are doing. Also, last night I was laying on the floor and Kamryn came over to get on top of me and give me big snuggles. I started saying, "ooooh" and all the sudden, here comes Porter, climbs on top of Kamryn (who is already on top of me) and starts snuggling her. It had to be one of the cutest moments ever!! Anyway, I forgot to mention in the b-day post that they are still keeping their weight pattern...consistantly 2 lbs apart. Porter weighed in at 21 lbs. and Kamryn at 19 lbs. It's hard to believe because Porter seems SOOO much bigger than her but he's just solid through and through and she is just this little petite thing! Kamryn is cruising everywhere, running most of the time and Porter is still content to crawl but is faster than ever! He's taken a few steps here and there but honestly doesn't seem all that interested. It really doesn't bother me other than his clothes sure would stay a lot cleaner if he'd learn to walk. Oh well, I gave up trying to keep everyone nice and clean, LONG AGO!! As promised, here are a few more pictures of their party.
Here are a few of the things we made!
G&G Rose gave the babies this fun hut for their big day. It's been the hit of the house. G&G Teichert spoiled the babies with the cutest outfits and matching shoes. Somehow Dorothy always manages to find the cutest clothes. Thanks to all for making this a great day!
The kids spent the day wrapping up all sorts of toys from around the house so the babies would have more to open. (how cute is that) I had to laugh because Jordyn wrapped up a Care Bear and Kamryn was all smiles when she opened it and carried it around giving it big loves. I didn't get the babies too much because their big present was their room finally getting decorated. I figure they really don't care too much on their first b-day. My cute niece, Richelle, helped me make some adorable decorations. Good thing I know creative people who are willing to help me, and Richelle has the cutest ideas, ever! We had a ball at the craft store coming up with ideas and buying everything we needed. Hopefully we'll get it put together soon and then we'll post some pictures.

Weekend in Cokeville
I took the kids to Cokeville last Friday through Monday to spend some time with DJ's parents. Unfortunately, DJ wasn't able to go with us but I think he got a lot accomplished and maybe even enjoyed a bit of silence. We had a ball in Cokeville, in fact, Regan cried her eyes out because she wanted to stay with Grandma and Kaleb has been bored and begging to go back to Cokeville the whole week. Boy do I feel loved!! DJ's parents always make us feel so welcome and it was so nice to have a few extra sets of hands helping with the babies. Dorothy is so great with the kids and somehow manages to make gigantic meals that fill us until we're stuffed. The kids always talk about the yummy breakfasts at Grandma Teichert's house consisting of everything from pancakes, sausage, eggs, toast, cereal....you name it, she makes it. We could seriously make it through the day with no other meals but that one. Thanks to Grandpa and Grandma T. for showing us a great time.
This was the highlight of Regan's trip. Grandpa showed her how to drive the 4-wheeler and she took the kids for rides.
This was the highlight of the trip for Porter. DJ didn't know when he built this for his parents that Porter would be entertained for hours on this little ledge. He had a few tumbles off of it but had it pretty well mastered by the end of the trip.
Kamryn loved Grandma's fireplace area that also has a little step that DJ tiled. Grandma likes to call it her "stage" and Kamryn took right to it. I guess she comes by it honestly with an older sister named, Jordyn, that LOVES the stage.
Our cowboy in his cousin's purple set of wheels. What a wuss! This was definitely the highlight of the trip for him.
We stopped in to see DJ's sister, Patty, in Montpelier on the way there and on the way back. It's always fun to visit her and the kids beg to ride her motorized wheelchair up and down the halls. Too bad I didn't have my camera out for that! We love you, Patty!

Funny bedtime conversation!
I love conversations with 3 year olds (most of the time) This one happened to be with Kaleb last night...
Kaleb: "mom, I wuv our babies!"
Me: "Me too, Kaleb, aren't they adorable?"
Kaleb: "uh huh....mom, where did we buy them?" (with the most puzzled look on his face)
Me: "We didn't buy them, they were in my tummy and then they came out." (enough info for know)
Kaleb: "oh, that's wierd" (with the same puzzled look)

What a year this has been!
Helpers!
Sunday morning's are hectic around our house. Church starts at 9:00, so I'm running like a mad woman trying to get 6 kids ready and out the door. I don't know what I would do without my girls, they take turns entertaining the babies while we get heads of hair done and breakfast eaten.
This is Morgan with Porter when he first got up!
These were taken just a half an hour later. I think Porter was getting in to everything so the girls came up with the plan to dump all the toys out of the basket and make Porter a play pen. He thought it was pretty fun and stayed there for quite a while.

Tub time!
Porter LOVES the bath! When he hears the sound of the shower curtain being pulled back, he comes crawling as fast as he can and attempts to jump in the bathtub by himself, clothes and all. His latest bathtub antic is dumping cups of water out on the floor........uugh! Needless to say, the cups are no longer a bathtub toy!

Tennis lessons
Regan and Morgan participated in tennis classes last week and both had a great time. I love that they are willing to try new things! Thankfully, my friend was on the ball and brought her camera and snapped some cute shots of the fun! Today Regan starts her volleyball camp so they'll be more pictures to come, hopefully.
Collecting the balls was of the kids favorite things to do during the lesson.
This first picture of Morgan makes me laugh. (Doesn't she look like she's strutting her stuff?)
