insights

When life gets you down.......eat lots of Halloween candy and run 4 miles early in the morning in 20 degree weather to justify it!  Somehow all guilt just floats away!

I highly recommend this!!

Way better than eat 3 candy bars and just go about your normal day! My exercise is comprised of going up and down my basement steps 100 times per day because I can only remember 1 thing I need down there at a time! Somehow that just doesn't equate with your brand of exercise! You're amazing!

How do you keep your lungs from burning from the cold air? I can't handle it. But I can handle eating a ton of candy.
